I think Deathly Hallows is the most action packed book of the series and, therefore it makes sense that it has been split into two separate movies, and it was nice to know that after part 1, there would be at least a little more to come. The "little more" is now coming very soon, and while it may be sad because we know all good things must come to an end, it is also extremely exciting as it is one of the most anticipated movies around the world. MTV has even posted clips of the movie on their website, and if you notice many people are saying that this is the end of a generation and even the end of a generation's childhood. It is crazy how much Harry Potter has impacted the world, and it will be interesting what JK does next!
I can't wait to see what else JK comes up with book-wise, but I guess I'll have to wait for that!
But while we are waiting, for the movie and some new books, how do you feel about JK Rowling's new http://www.pottermore.com/? Do you feel as though something very big is ending? What would you want her to come up with in the future?
I loved the books and was happy with the way she ended things. My hope is that she would NOT do anything more with Harry and crew, but let that stands as it is. I'd be interested to see if she has another good idea. She certainly has nothing to prove and I wouldn't blame her if she stopped there and enjoyed the rest of her life by doing something completely different or nothing (commercial) at all.
